Property Access

  • While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • This home allows pets, with a maximum of 2 mature, well-trained dogs, each for $50 per night per pet plus tax.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: OffRoadAdventures.
  • All visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Fees and Payments

  • Each pet (up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs) incurs a fee of $50 per night per pet plus tax.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15–29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November–March. Chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have high-speed internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • All linens and towels are provided.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • Standard amenities provided include: towels, bed linens, climate control, cooking basics, dishwasher, toaster, stove, oven, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board & iron, TV, BBQ grill, and hot tub.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently ongoing in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am–7pm Monday through Saturday.
